Graybar Appoints Industry Veteran Kevin zak to Lead Industrial Automation Business
ST.LOUIS, Nov. 24, 2025 – Graybar, a prominent distributor of electrical, industrial, automation, and connectivity products, today announced the appointment of Kevin A. Zak as vice President – Industrial Automation Business, effective January 5, 2026. The move signals Graybar’s commitment to expanding its presence in the rapidly evolving industrial automation sector.
Zak will spearhead strategic initiatives for Graybar’s industrial automation business,focusing on delivering enhanced service and comprehensive solutions to customers in industrial automation and manufacturing. He brings over three decades of experience in industrial automation, digital conversion, and advanced manufacturing to the role.
prior to joining Graybar, Zak spent a significant portion of his career with Phoenix Contact, a global leader in electrification, networking, and automation solutions. He most recently served as President of the Industrial Components and Electronics business and led the company’s U.S. subsidiary.
