Glamorgan Cricket Launches Nominations for Women & Girls County Age Group Program

Glamorgan⁤ county‍ Cricket Club is now accepting ‍nominations for‍ its​ Women & Girls County Age‌ group program, offering young cricketers ⁢an possibility⁢ to showcase thier talent in a low-pressure surroundings. The club is actively seeking to identify emerging players and build⁢ a strong foundation ⁣for ⁤the future of women’s cricket in the region.

This observation program is a crucial step in identifying potential within the county,providing⁤ a platform for girls to demonstrate their skills and passion for the sport. Nominations are open to all eligible players through an online form, and prosperous candidates will participate in⁢ observation sessions designed to evaluate their abilities. The program aims to nurture talent and provide a pathway for young female​ cricketers to progress within the Glamorgan system.

Observation sessions will​ be held at ‍the Ebbw Vale Indoor Cricket School (NP23 5AA). Players should arrive prepared to participate in hardball cricket training, wearing appropriate sportswear – Glamorgan kit⁣ is⁢ not permitted.Participants should bring their own cricket equipment if available; however, kit will be provided for those who ‌do not have their own.Sufficient hydration is also required.
