Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake Receives High Score From Famitsu
teh first review for Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake is in, and the reimagined classic has earned a strong score from Japanese publication Famitsu. The game, launching on the Switch, Switch 2, and other platforms, features HD-2D visuals, new locations, and expanded story content.
This follow-up to the critically acclaimed Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake received scores of 9/9/8/8 from Famitsu’s four critics, totaling 34/40. For comparison, Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake achieved a score of 35/40 from the same publication. The Dragon quest I & II HD-2D Remake is available as a Game-Key Card release on the Switch 2, and ther is no upgrade path from the Switch version.
