‘Dispatch’ Currently Not‍ Available on Xbox, But ⁣Potential Release Not Ruled Out

November 22, 2023 – The ⁣narrative-driven dispatch management game ‌ Dispatch, currently available on PC and PlayStation 5, does not have a confirmed release date for Xbox consoles. However, developers at AdHoc ‌have⁢ not ⁢entirely dismissed the possibility ‌of a future Xbox ‍release.

Dispatch puts players in the role of Robert Robertson, ⁢the former superhero ‘MechaMan‘, who now‌ manages a team of rehabilitated supervillains while working to rebuild his mech suit and seek revenge against ⁢his nemesis.

In a recent interview with Insider Gaming, AdHoc’s Narrative Director Pierre Shorette explained the initial decision to release on PC and PlayStation 5, stating, “yeah, I mean PC is always a given. ⁢I ‌think PlayStation is also just a⁢ place that I think maybe we associate with good storytelling more so ⁤than maybe some other platforms. That’s not going ⁢to⁢ say that we’re not ‌going to⁢ eventually come out on those ⁤platforms, but there’s certainly a ubiquity ⁢to a good single player storytelling experience that ‌I think I associate‌ with PlayStation.”

While an Xbox release isn’t currently ⁣planned, Shorette’s comments suggest it remains a possibility.
