“Tides of Annihilation” Unveils Dimension-Shifting combat ‌in New Trailer

London, England ‍- November 20, 2025 ⁢ – Eclipse Glow ‍Games showcased extended gameplay for ⁣its upcoming action title, Tides ⁢of Annihilation, revealing a unique “Dual Frontline Battle System” and visually striking⁤ combat inspired ⁣by films‍ like Inception, ⁤ The Matrix, and ‍ dr. Strange.First‍ announced in february ⁤at⁤ the playstation ‌State of Play, the game fuses modern-day ‌London with Arthurian legend.

Players assume‍ the role of Gwendolyn in a quest for‍ the⁤ Holy ‍Grail, commanding spectral forms of the Knights of the ‍Round table.‍ The Dual Frontline Battle System allows players to utilize different attacks and​ customize the abilities ⁤of⁢ each knight, swapping between them even mid-combo to extend attack chains or ‍adjust tactics, including⁣ time-stopping and defensive maneuvers.

A new​ trailer highlights Sir Lamorak‘s power, enabling ​players to together‌ control both Gwendolyn and lamorak⁤ within ‍a “Folded Realm” – a mirrored alternate ⁣dimension. According to lead game producer Kun Fu,the⁣ system is “one of the key unique features…giving players the ‍freedom to ⁣shape their⁢ own⁢ combat style.”

The ⁣gameplay footage centers on a boss fight against Tyronoe, who transforms ‌into a bird beast and ‍creates the mirrored dimension. Sir Lamorak assists from this realm and is eventually absorbed by ⁢Gwendolyn, becoming available ‍for summoning in battle.

“Like those memorable movie scenes leading to a big confrontation, we wanted players⁢ to feel that same euphoria – a​ combination of excitement⁤ and dread – in‍ the boss fights of Tides of⁢ Annihilation,” said Kun Fu.

Tides of Annihilation is slated for release on Xbox Series X/S, PC (Xbox, Epic, Steam),⁤ and PlayStation 5. The game represents a growing trend of high-quality action ‌titles emerging from Chinese developers, ​following the success of Black Myth: Wukong.
