“The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits” Expansion Pack Launches October 2, Offering New Skills and World

Electronic Arts (EA)‍ is ⁣set to⁣ release “The‌ Sims 4: Adventure Awaits” Expansion Pack on October 2, introducing the⁤ new world⁤ of Gibbi Point and a range ‌of outdoor activities for players. The expansion allows‍ Sims ⁣to experience getaways at ‌Camp Gibbi Gibbi, Revive & Thrive,⁤ and‌ Love Highland, or design ⁣their own Custom Venues.⁤

This latest installment builds on the continued ‌success of The Sims 4, offering players fresh gameplay experiences and expanding the game’s customization options. The “Adventure‌ Awaits” pack follows the July release of “Enchanted by Nature,” March’s​ “Businesses⁣ & hobbies,” ⁢and October 2023’s “life & Death,” continuing a steady‍ stream of content for the popular life simulation game.

within Gibbi Point, Sims can develop⁣ skills ​in Papercraft, Entomology, Diving, and Archery. A new career path as a Park worker is also available, providing Sims with opportunities in the outdoors. According to⁢ EA’s⁣ description, the pack aims to ‍provide “thrilling ‌experiences, ‌a ​little competition or just need ⁣a break from the everyday.”

“Adventure Awaits” will be available for $39.99 on the EA app, Epic Games ⁤store, and Steam. Console players can access the expansion on playstation 5, ⁣PlayStation‍ 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One‍ systems.

Additionally, Atari and Limited Run Games digitally launched “Bubsy in: The purrfect Collection” on Tuesday for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch. ‌The collection includes “Bubsy in: Fractured‌ Furry Tales,” “Bubsy in: Claws encounters of⁣ the Furred Kind,” “Bubsy ‍II,” and “Bubsy 3D.” Creators state the collection is “a playable history of ⁢everyone’s fur-vorite bobcat mascot.”
