The Script’s Danny O’Donoghue Honors Late Bandmate Mark Sheehan at Glastonbury

During The Script’s performance at Glastonbury,frontman Danny O’donoghue delivered a heartfelt tribute to the band’s guitarist and founding member,Mark Sheehan,who passed away in April 2023 at the age of 46 after a short illness.

O’Donoghue shared with the Glastonbury crowd that Sheehan was greatly missed, stating, “There’s one person I really wish was here to see this. He was on this stage 17 years ago. We lost my best mate and the founding member of the script, Mark Sheehan.” He also expressed gratitude to the fans for their support and prayers during this difficult time.The band then dedicated their song “If You Could see Me Now” to Sheehan.
