The price of the Saudi riyal was set today, Sunday 1-1-2023, in banks operating in Egypt against the Egyptian pound, registered with the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, a price of 6.55 pounds for the purchase, and £6.57 per sale, and settled in the Central Bank of Egypt at £6.56 per purchase and £6.59 per sale.
The Central Bank of Egypt said that, on the occasion of the closing of the fiscal year for banks operating in Egypt on December 31, 2022, it was decided to suspend work in all banks operating in Egypt today, Sunday, corresponding to 1 January, 2023, provided that work resumes on Monday morning, corresponding to January 2, 2023.
