The IInspiration Signed to AEW: Contract Details & Future Plans

Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay, formerly known as The IInspiration, officially debuted with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at the House Rules event on February 15th, confirming their status as “All Elite” to the live audience.

The arrival of the duo, who previously competed in TNA Wrestling, had been anticipated for several weeks, according to Fightful Select. Their final appearance for TNA came on the premiere episode of Impact on AMC, where they lost the Knockouts Tag Team Championships to The Elegance Brand. Sources indicate their departure from TNA was amicable.

Lee and McKay were released by WWE in 2021 and subsequently found success in TNA, capturing the Knockouts Tag Team Titles on multiple occasions. They took a hiatus from wrestling before returning at last year’s Against All Odds event to continue their run with the promotion.

The IInspiration’s signing adds further talent to AEW’s women’s division, which recently saw the addition of Lena Kross during AEW Grand Slam Australia. Kross aligned herself with Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford following a post-match attack, signaling a new direction for the faction.

Both Lee and McKay have signed multi-year contracts with AEW, setting the stage for a new chapter in their professional wrestling careers.
