Paris, France – August 26, 2025 – TF1’s overhaul of its morning programming, initiated this Monday, August 25, 2025, with the removal of the soap opera Love, Glory and Beauty from its conventional slot, appears to be yielding mixed results, according to initial audience data.
The network extended its morning program Bonjour to 10:00 am on Monday, August 25, 2025, impacting subsequent programs including The 12 Noon Shots .
Consequently, Love, Glory and beauty was removed from the schedule, with Téléshopping filling the 10:00 am hour, at least through December.
Téléshopping Struggles to Fill Gap on TF1
The extension of Bonjour proved accomplished, achieving a 16.8% market share and attracting 501,000 viewers until 9:57 am, including 21.4% of women under fifty responsible for household purchases. However, Téléshopping performed at its average level, garnering 143,000 viewers between 10:06 am and 10:56 am, representing a 5.2% market share overall.

This placed the soap opera among the top three channels (excluding news channels), behind France 2 and comparable to TF1’s main channel. Among its target demographic, the series attracted 8.2% of women under fifty responsible for household purchases. The series has previously featured actress Elsa Esnoult.
Love, Glory and Beauty is scheduled to air daily at 6:40 am on TF1 Films Series and is also available on the TF1+ platform.
