Team USA Gears Up for Super Round with Familiar Coaching Staff
Team USA’s coaching contingent for the VIII WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup features a strong core of experienced individuals, led by two-time 12U National team Manager Bryan Madsen. Madsen previously guided the team to a gold medal and World Cup qualification in Panama last October. He is joined by a seasoned coaching group including Wes Brooks, Erick Quesada, and Roger Wright. Brooks returns as pitching coach for his second consecutive summer, while Quesada and Wright will serve as assistant coaches. Both Madsen and Quesada are making their second appearance on a World Cup roster, having been part of the gold medal-winning 2023 12U National Team staff. Similarly, Brooks and Wright are participating in their second consecutive summer representing Team USA.
