The Role: Lecturer (Education Focused)

As an education-focused staff member at Monash,you will be part of an elite group dedicated to innovating education and leading its design and delivery at the University. The role involves making significant contributions to teaching within your department, school, or faculty, and adopting evidence-informed approaches to enhance educational practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging teaching activities.
• Consulting with students and fostering inclusive, student-centred learning environments.
• Leading teams in implementing effective marking and feedback practices.
• developing and administering units or courses.
• engaging in scholarly activities that demonstrate advanced understanding of educational practice.
• Supervising Honours and Research Higher Degree students.
• Actively participating in initiatives to advance education excellence and student success across the University.
