AMES, Iowa – Downtown Ames transformed into a vibrant music venue Thursday evening as the annual Ames Music Walk drew crowds to experience live performances at a variety of local businesses and public spaces. the event, held Sept. 19, 2024, featured a diverse lineup of musicians spanning genres and locations throughout the city’s core.
The Ames Music Walk offers a unique opportunity for residents and visitors to explore downtown Ames while enjoying a wide range of musical talent. The event supports local artists and businesses, fostering a sense of community and contributing to the cultural vitality of the city.
