The confirmation came during a recent investor Q&A session.
Currently, Bloober Team operates with two internal first-party production teams.One team is exclusively focused on the Silent Hill 1 Remake, while the other is developing a separate, unannounced project. Along with these in-house projects, the company is managing five further titles through second-party collaborations.
The investor session also provided sales figures for Bloober Team’s original IP, Cronos: The New Dawn, which sold approximately 200,000 units during its launch weekend. The majority of sales were on PlayStation consoles, with Steam accounting for roughly 25 percent of the total. Physical sales data remains incomplete.
Bloober Team’s dedication of a full team to the Silent Hill 1 Remake signals a commitment to balancing licensed projects with its own original content. While no release window or gameplay details were revealed, the confirmation marks a key step in the revival of the iconic horror franchise.
