Henan Putihrai Increases Stake in Surya Semesta Internusa with Share Purchase
Jakarta – PT Henan Putihrai Asset Management bolstered its investment in PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) on November 21, 2025, acquiring an additional 7,558,800 shares. The transaction elevates Henan Putihrai’s ownership in SSIA from 7.86% to 8.02%, representing a total of 377,336,500 shares.
This increased investment by Henan Putihrai, alongside concurrent accumulation by its affiliate PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan, signals growing confidence in SSIA’s prospects. The moves by both entities-Henan Putihrai and Dwimuria, which is linked to the Djarum Group-are being closely watched by investors as they collectively represent a meaningful block of SSIA shares. The purchases could influence SSIA’s stock performance and potentially pave the way for greater shareholder influence.
as of July 31, 2025, Henan Putihrai held 307,761,200 SSIA shares, equivalent to a 6.54% stake. Since the beginning of the second half of 2025, Henan Putihrai has added 62.02 million SSIA shares to its portfolio.
PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan, holding 466,168,700 SSIA shares (9.9%) as of November 21, 2025, has also been increasing its position, accumulating 15.83 million shares during the same period. Dwimuria’s total ownership now stands at 10.24%, or 482,000,000 shares.
Based on SSIA’s closing price of IDR 1,705 on November 21, 2025-a 2.29% decrease from the previous day-Henan Putihrai’s recent purchase is estimated to be worth approximately IDR 12.89 billion. The purpose of the transaction has not yet been disclosed.
