GoTo Shareholders toโฃ Vote on management Reshuffle, New leadership โAppointments
jakarta, Indonesia – November 25, 2025 -โ GoTo (k) will convene an Exceptional General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Wednesday, Decemberโ 17, 2025, โat 11:00 WIB at the GoLearn Auditorium, Pasarayaโฃ Blok M Building, Jakarta, toโฃ approve a significant reshuffling of its management team. The EGMS agendaโ focuses on the acceptance โof resignations and the ratification of new appointments to both โthe Board ofโค Commissionersโ and the Board of Directors.
Seven โขagenda items are slated for discussion, beginning with โtheโ approval of resignations from Commissioners Pablo Malay and winato Kartono. According to โคan Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Information Disclosure, GoTo Management stated, โฃ”In connection with the above, the Company requests approval from the EGMSโฃ for the resignation of Mr.Pabloโข Malay and โขMr. Winato Kartono from their โrespective positions as Commissioners of the Company.”
The meeting will also seek approval for the previously announced resignations โof GOTO Main โDirector Patrick Sugito Walujo and GOTO Public Affairs and โCommunications Director Ade mulyana, submittedโ on โขMonday, November โข24, 2025. The company confirmed receiving resignation lettersโ from these Boardโข of โฃDirectors members.
Alongside the resignations, the EGMS will vote onโฃ the appointments โof Andreโ Soelistyo and Santoso Kartono as Commissioners, and Hans Patuwo as theโ new Main Director, succeeding Patrick Sugito Walujo.
