Jakarta โข- Comedian โขand presenter Andre taulany’s divorceโ from โRien Wartiaโ Trigina, also known as Erin, has been finalized. โขThe South Jakarta Religious Court officially granted the divorce petition today, November 11, โฃ2025.
“It has been decided today,” confirmed Abid MA, spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court.
The court’s decision centers solely on the divorce itself, grantingโค Andre Taulany permission to pronounce a talak (Islamic divorce vow) against Erin.Details regarding division of assets or child custody were not addressed in this โruling, with Abid MA stating, โ”The point is just a talak โค divorce. Everything else is agreed upon, which โmeans there will be โขpeace outside of the talak divorce. So, this is just a talak divorce.”
While the verdict has been โissued, Andre Taulany’s divorce is not yet legally final. A 14-day period for appeal, โคknown asโ inkrah, must pass before the decision takes permanent legal force.
“As soon as it is read, today for โexample, and indeed today โคit has been read, there is something called โan inkrah period. The inkrah period isโฃ 14 days,” explained Abid MA.
Following the inkrah period, the court will schedule a hearing for Andre Taulany to formally pronounce the divorce vow, a โฃprocess expected to take approximately one month from today’s date. Andre Taulanyโฃ is required to be present for this final step.
Andre Taulany and Erin married on December 17,2005,and have three children together. The divorce petition was filed at the South Jakartaโข Religious Court after previous attempts atโฃ other courts were unsuccessful.
