The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Ministry of Home Economy and the Bank of Foreign Investment and Trade (BICE) delivered today the first three credits in liters of milk to producers in Santa Fe who have a “zero level” thanks to the bonus which was provided by the provincial government. They were announced within the framework of the Rafaela Rural Expo, where the bank participated in a technical working group to publicize the financing tools designed to develop the dairy sector.

One of the companies is Las Margaritas Agropecuaria, a company from the town of Diaz, San Jerónimo department (south-central of the department), which approved financing for more than $140 million to recover milking equipment, cold and heat. . With the investment, the company that supplies milk to the Verónica SACIAFEI dairy will double its milk production capacity.

The other projects are for two companies in the city of Eusebia: Beltramino Agropecuaria and Beltramino Raúl Tito – both suppliers to the power plant Miguel Peiretti SRL-. Each company received a loan of $250 million to purchase a robotic milking system that will increase their productive efficiency.

The new credits were announced today at the “Financial Schedule for the dairy sector” organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, the Government of the Santa Fe Region, BICE and CASFOG, during the rural exhibition held in Rafaela. During that meeting, the bank detailed the features and conditions of credits in liters of milk for the sector and also the classic credit tools to finance investment, foreign trade and working capital.

The line in liters of milk was launched by the Ministry of Economy and BICE to promote investments and modernization of the dairy sector. The machine converts the value of the quota at the time of payment to the value of the milk price (SIGLeA) and the essential condition is that producers work with plants that comply with the framework agreement with the Directorate of Milk National.

The destination is investments and equipment purchases, such as robotic and rotary milking systems, room automation, monitoring systems, cooling tanks, pasteurizers and facility development, among others. The line has a term of up to 5 years, a grace period of up to 6 months and a SIgleA rate of + 5%, which is in the case of the Santa Fe region and thanks to the agreement signed between BICE and the local Ministry. of Productive Development, the credits are fully subsidized and are not without additional cost to the producer.

Since its launch, 207 projects have already been studied, 187 pre-approved, almost 30% of which are located in the Santa Fe region.

The Comprehensive Drug Policies Secretariat (SEDRONAR) organized the first national meeting on problematic digital consumption and online gambling, which brought together representatives from the country’s 24 jurisdictions.

“The intention was to create agreements on how we deal with and work on the problem and prevention with families and young people; and recover the voices of all actors, such as organizations, universities and the various institutions that deal with the issue,” said the Undersecretary of Care and Support, Silvia Pisano.

The officer said “if our children and young people are socialized and structure their subjects based on consumption, we will be in serious trouble at a national level and especially in each region. That is why this approach is interdisciplinary, transversal and committed from all areas, but with the leadership of SEDRONAR.

So that each province shares their knowledge and practices related to this problem, the meeting was held last Tuesday at the headquarters of the Secretariat of this State and will be held every month. The national director of SEDRONAR Drug Prevention and Care, Lorena Puchetti, was present; and the coordinator of Prevention in other community settings, Ana Giménez Rodríguez.

More than 100 people from mental health, prevention and problem drug use technical teams from the areas working on the issue also participated almost; of the Federal Council of Drugs (COFEDRO); and various Community Territorial Devices (DTC), which make up the SEDRONAR Federal Network.

Regarding this problem, the Chief of Staff of SEDRONAR, Facundo Prieto, and the Undersecretary Silvia Pisano announced on Tuesday, in a full session of the Chamber of Deputies, that this Secretariat is working on a bill for a way- comprehensive work on online gambling and problems. digital consumption.

The bill would include an immediate hotline and training activities, both in health and education departments in different areas, awareness and awareness campaigns regarding the issue, and workshops with the educational community and civil society organizations.

From the beginning of this administration, the head of SEDRONAR, Roberto Moro, warned that “this problem must be addressed and a comprehensive response given because online gambling and problematic digital consumption involve young people and the those under 18 years of age.”
