Clock speeds for Intel’s upcoming Core 200K “Arrow Lake” desktop CPUs have been released by @OneRaichu, covering all three SKUs.

Previously, OneRaichu revealed the highest increased clock speed of the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU, including single-core and all-core frequencies. Now, the famous distributor has released the clocks of the remaining Core Ultra 200K models, including the Core Ultra 7 265K and Core Ultra 5 245K. Let’s take a look at the specifications of each chip.

Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU will have 8 P-Core and 16 E-Core, with 24 cores and 24 threads. The P core adopts the Lion Cove architecture, while the E core adopts the Skymont architecture. The chip has a single-core boost frequency of 5.7 GHz, an all-core boost clock frequency of 5.4 GHz, and an E-Core peak clock frequency of 4.6 GHz. The CPU will be equipped with a total cache of 76 MB (36 MB L3 + 40 MB L2). As for iGPU, the three Arrow Lake “Core Ultra 200K” CPUs will use 4 Xe-LPG cores based on the Alchemist architecture.

Here are the clock speeds compared to the previously released Core i9:

• Prime Ultra 9 285K – 5.70 GHz (maximum through)

• Core i9-14900KS – 6.20 GHz (maximum through)

• Core i9-14900K – 6.00 GHz (maximum through)

• Core i9-13900KS – 6.00 GHz (maximum through)

• Core i9-13900K – 5.80 GHz (maximum through)

The Core Ultra 9 285K CPU is clocked 300 MHz lower than the Core i9-14900K, but the latest BIOS update significantly reduces the 14900K’s clock speed to 5.5-5.8 GHz or even lower.

Next up is the recently released Intel Core Ultra 7 265K CPU. This chip will be equipped with 8 P cores and 12 E cores, giving 20 cores and 20 threads. The maximum frequency of one core is 5.5 GHz, the maximum frequency of all cores is 5.2 GHz, and the maximum frequency of E-Core is 4.6 GHz. 5.5 GHz is consistent with the leaked information, as is the main account. The chip will be equipped with 69 MB of cache memory (33 MB L3 + 36 MB L2). The clock is 5.5 GHz 265K, which is only 100MHz slower than the Core i7-14700K.

Finally, there is the Intel Core Ultra 5 245K, which will be the entry level “Arrow Lake” Core Ultra 200K CPU. This chip can accommodate a 14-core 14-thread configuration, with 6 P cores and 8 E cores. The CPU has a single core clocked up to 5.2 GHz, all cores clocked at 5.0 GHz, the E -Core tuned at 4.60 GHz, and a total of 50 MB of built-in cache memory (24 MB L3 + 26 MB L2) .

Early benchmarks of the 250W Ultimate suggest it will be up to 18% faster, but the sample here is a QS chip, so we can expect the final retail sample to even better because the BIOS is correct and the updated microcode patches are good.

In addition to CPU specifications, each “Arrow Lake” Core Ultra 200K can support up to DDR5-6400 (native) memory and support the latest Z890 motherboards, which use the new LGA 1851 socket . These motherboards will be the first products for the 800 series platform and are expected to be available in October along with the Core Ultra 200K CPU.
