Watertown, MA – Three people were found dead with gunshot wounds Sunday morning in a Watertown home, authorities said.
Watertown Police responded to a residence on Boyd Street around 10 a.m. for a well-being check, according to a statement from the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office. Officers discovered a man and two women deceased inside the home.
Investigators have persistent the man and one of the women resided together on the first floor of the property, while the second woman, known to them, lived on the upper floor.
The District attorney’s Office stated the incident appears isolated and poses no ongoing threat to public safety.
Watertown Police, Massachusetts State Police, and the middlesex County District Attorney’s Office are conducting an active examination.No further details have been released at this time.
