neo-Naziโ Group Members Identified โFollowing Protest Outside NSW Parliament
Sydney, NSW – Individuals linked to the National Socialist Network (NSN), aโ far-right extremist group, have been identified among attendees โat a protest held outside NSW โParliament on August 31. The demonstration coincided with a rally organized by the NSN, prompting scrutiny of participants โand their affiliations.
Among those โฃphotographed at the event โฃwere Mrโค Gruter, a knownโ figure associated withโฃ the NSN, and a man resembling motorsport driver, mrโ Alessi.mr Alessiโ confirmed to the โฃABC he is a “proud member of White Australia,” a term used by the NSN to describe itself. Bothโฃ men were pictured standing โขwith NSN members, dressedโ in black.
This year, Mr Alessi has competed as a driverโ under his โคfamily’s racing brand, Alessi Motorsport.
Further investigation revealed theโ presence of Oscar Tuckfield,โค who inโข 2018โ was โฃlinked toโ a far-right plot toโข infiltrate the Young Nationals. ABC NEWS Verify โคpreviously reported Mr Tuckfield’s attendance atโ the March for Australia rally,โ where he served as a marshal, thoโ he was not dressed in black like the NSN members at the recent protest.
The Marchโข for Australia’s chief organiser has previously stated they were unaware of any association between event marshals and the NSN.
The NSN is a neo-nazi group advocating forโ whiteโค nationalism and has been linkedโข to โขseveral extremist activities. The groupโ frequently โutilizes online โplatformsโฃ to disseminate it’s ideology and recruit members. The Augustโฃ 31 protest โis the latest in a โseries ofโฃ demonstrationsโฃ organized by the NSN in recent months, raising concerns aboutโค the growing visibility of far-right extremism in australia.
