Jozef Kaban,the former chief designer of ล koda,has unveiled his frist automotiveโฃ creationโข for chinese automaker Saic Roewe – the M7 โฃDMH,aโข plug-in hybrid sedan positioned as an aggressively priced family vehicle. Launched on 2024/08/29, the M7 DMH boasts a range exceeding 1,000 kilometers (621 miles) and remarkably low fuel consumption figures, though it is โขunlikely to reachโ Europeanโ markets at its current price point.
The Roewe M7 DMH, available in three trim levels, is currently offered in China for between 97,800 and 114,800 yuan (approximately 288,278 to 338,387 Czech Koruna as of 2024/09/03). While the vehicleโ offers features like โคheated seats and a steering wheel, 527-liter luggage capacity, 28 storage spaces, and a driver’s seat that foldsโฃ flat for use as a bed, industry analysts suggest that even if the model were to be soldโ in Europe under โthe โMG โคbrand, it wouldโ likely carry a significantly higher price tag than 300,000 CZK.
