“For me, playing is always the goal. Although sometimes the coach decides that someone else plays, my preparation is always at its best. I train with the hope of being a starter, and if it’s not my turn, I prepare to perform in the minutes I have.” With this mentality, Gonzalo Klusener prepares for a special challenge in Paraná. The San Martín striker will take the place of Junior Arias, suspended due to the accumulation of yellow cards, in a match where the pressure will be high. Starting at 5 p.m., Diego Flores’ team will face Patronato, with the aim of sealing qualification for the final of the Primera Nacional.

The team from La Ciudadela needed a series of results in the duel that their namesake from San Juan played yesterday against All Boys, in Floresta. With this panorama, Klusener assured that the entire delegation was focused on the televisions of the Intertower hotel in Santa Fe.
