University of Delaware Student Arrested in Alleged Plot to Targetโ Campus Police
NEWARK, Del. – A University โฃof Delaware studentโค has been arrested and charged with federalโค crimes related to anโข alleged plot to โtarget campus โpolice, โคauthorities announced โฃTuesday. Luqmaan Kahn,โฃ 20,โค of Newark, Delaware, was arraigned and โฃcommitted in lieu ofโ $107,200 cash bail before being turned over toโ the Federal Bureau of โExamination for additional charges, according to the New Castle County โPolice Department.
