CD Projekt RED has unveiled the highly anticipated contents of update 2.3 for their acclaimed RPG, Cyberpunk 2077, during a recent developer stream. This significant update, developed in collaboration with Virtuos, promises a host of exciting new features and enhancements.
Prepare for a revolution in vehicular gameplay with update 2.3. The most notable addition is autonomous driving, allowing players to set destinations and let their vehicles navigate the bustling streets of Night City. Complementing this is the introduction of the DEMAIN taxi service, offering a new way to traverse the city. Furthermore, four brand-new vehicles are being added, expanding the already impressive roster and offering more options for visual customization.
Beyond the automotive advancements, players can look forward to significant technological upgrades. The update will bring support for AMD FSR 3.1 and Intel Xess 2.0, with AMD FSR 4.0 slated for future integration. High Dynamic Range (HDR10+) support is also being implemented, promising a more visually immersive experience.Console players will benefit from the addition of the Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) function. The developers have also focused on numerous bug fixes, performance optimizations, and enhancements to the photo mode.
