HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – A helicopter experienced ⁢a sudden loss of control and crashed into a​ row of palm trees near Pacific Coast Highway in huntington Beach,California,on Saturday afternoon. Teh incident‌ drew shocked reactions from beachgoers ⁣and visitors‌ who witnessed ⁤the ⁣aircraft spinning before​ its descent.

Multiple videos circulating online depict the helicopter rotating clockwise over Huntington Beach before impacting the trees and becoming lodged between them and a nearby ⁢ladder.

According to⁢ the Huntington beach Fire Department, five individuals were⁢ transported to hospitals. Two of⁢ those⁣ injured were‍ occupants of⁤ the helicopter and were successfully rescued from the wreckage. The remaining three⁣ injuries occurred to peopel on the ground.
