October will see both the Swedish P18 and P17 national teams travel to the Balkan peninsula for crucial international fixtures.
P18 National team Heads to Croatia for European Championship qualification Preparations
The Swedish P18 national team will use a training camp in Croatia in October as final planning for their upcoming European Championship qualifier this fall.The team will participate in a series of international matches, beginning with Portugal on October 9th, followed by Turkey on October 11th, and concluding with a match against host nation Croatia on October 14th.
Melvin vucenovic Persson, who has represented his country at the youth level nine times, is included in the 22-man squad. Following the October camp, the team will continue their European Championship qualification journey in November, traveling to Switzerland to face the host nation, as well as Denmark and San Marino.
P17 National Team to compete in Four-Nation Tournament
The Swedish P17 national team will also be competing in the balkans in October, participating in a four-nation tournament. Ahmed Saeed has once again been selected for the squad, providing him with an opportunity to add to his impressive record of twelve goals in 24 youth international appearances.
Sweden’s tournament schedule begins with a match against Wales on October 9th, followed by a game against Croatia on October 11th, and concluding with a match against Ukraine on October 14th.
