BENGALURU – South africa A defeated India A on Sunday, November 9, 2025, chasing down a massive target of 417 at the BCCI Center of Excellence Ground 1 in Bengaluru, leveling the unofficial Test series. Though, a composed 52* off 53 balls from wicketkeeper Connor esterhuizen, alongside Tiaan van Vuuren’s 20* off 23, guided South Africa A to victory.
India A’s bowlers struggled to contain the South African batters. Mohammed Siraj (1/53),Akash Deep (1/106),Kuldeep Yadav (0/81),and Prasidh Krishna (2/49) all faced pressure. Akash deep and Kuldeep Yadav conceded runs at an economy rate of 4.80. Harsh dubey (1/111 in 25 overs) also proved expensive, going at 4.40 runs per over.
Marques Ackerman was named Player of the Match for his first-innings knock of 134 off 118 balls.
