Soccer Falls 1-0 at South Dakota – Chippewa Debut & Road Trip Recap

Vermillion, S.D. – ⁣The⁤ Central michigan​ women’s soccer team suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of ‌South Dakota Sunday, concluding a ⁢three-game road trip. The⁣ loss drops the Chippewas‘ nonconference record to⁣ [record not specified in original text].

Central Michigan’s goalkeeper, senior transfer Taylor​ Primack‍ (Lindenhurst, ‌Ill. / ‍Lakes Community), made her debut wiht the ⁣team and recorded five⁤ saves. The lone goal of the match came in ‍the 41st minute when South Dakota ‍capitalized on a cross and header ⁤from ​inside⁢ the 6-yard⁢ box.
