With an underground garage accommodating over 680 cars, including 138 charging stations for electric vehicles and designated parking for bicycles, the campus is designed for convenience and eco-friendliness.
One of the standout features of the building is its photovoltaic power plant, boasting 222 panels with a peak output of 100 kW. Coupled with LED lighting and intelligent light sensors, energy consumption is reduced by half compared to traditional fluorescent bulbs.
The highly efficient air conditioning system ensures comfort even on hot days by cooling the spaces during the night. With an energy recovery efficiency of 80%, the system maximizes energy usage. Additionally, sun-shading blinds reduce the building’s cooling needs by 30%.
Rainwater harvesting is another sustainable feature of the campus, with a central tank collecting rainwater that is then filtered for reuse, such as irrigation for the 4,070 square meters of greenery surrounding the complex.

Nový komplex Laurin & Klement Kampus je moderní kancelářský komplex postavený na třídě Václava Klementa. Jedná se o čtyři bloky ve tvaru písmene L, propojené krytými spojovacími mosty, které nabízejí kancelářské prostory pro až 2 000 zaměstnanců. Stavba byla provedena s důrazem na efektivitu a udržitelnost, využívá moderní technologie a materiály.
