What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the face of HR, passionately delivering engaging training sessions on park policies, procedures, and essential job functions. This includes meticulously preparing materials, managing attendance, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Beyond the classroom, you’ll represent HR throughout the park, assisting with employee relations, upholding our high standards for appearance and service, and contributing to special events. You’ll be a champion of our core values – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe – ensuring every team member embodies the Six Flags spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Engaging Training: Lead orientation and seasonal training classes with energy and enthusiasm.
* Administrative Excellence: Manage class logistics, including attendance, paperwork, and timesheet submission.
* Park Representation: Serve as a visible HR representative, addressing employee questions and concerns.
* Uphold Standards: Ensure team members adhere to grooming, cleanliness, and service standards.
* Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and respect.
* Team Player: Support HR initiatives and assist with special events as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
* Dialogue superstar: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to large groups.
* Park Knowledge: Familiarity with Six Flags Great Adventure and its operations.
