Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) has announced the upcoming opening of the Singapore oceanarium, a important new attraction set to enhance Singapore’s tourism landscape. This progress is part of a broader expansion by RWS,which has already seen the launch of the Minion Land attraction at Universal Studios Singapore in February and the opening of the three-storey lasting mall Weave in July.

The Singapore Oceanarium, a key component of the Resorts World Sentosa integrated resort, is poised to become a major draw for visitors. The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) views this new attraction as a pivotal element in advancing the nation’s Tourism 2040 strategy.This roadmap is designed to foster future tourism growth and bolster Singapore’s standing as a premier travel destination.
Melissa Ow, chief executive of the STB, highlighted the oceanarium’s importance, referring to it as a “significant milestone.” She further commented that the attraction, developed by Resorts World Sentosa, “exemplifies our commitment to create diverse and distinctive experiences that resonate with travellers seeking inspiring and purposeful journeys.”
