Silent Hill F Expands Beyond Gaming with Japanese Graphic Novel Adaptation
Tokyo,Japan – September 28,2025 – Konami announced today a collaboration with Kadokawa to adapt the upcoming psychological horror game silent Hill F into a graphic novel,expanding the franchise’s reach beyond the gaming world. the novelization will be illustrated by artist Kuro Shito and initially released exclusively in Japan.
This expansion marks a significant step for Silent Hill F, revealed during the Tokyo Game Show, as Konami seeks to immerse fans further into the game’s narrative and unsettling atmosphere. The graphic novel offers a new entry point for experiencing the story set in 1960s Japan, perhaps attracting a wider audience beyond traditional gamers. The project underscores Konami’s renewed commitment to the Silent Hill universe and its exploration of diverse storytelling mediums.
Kuro Shito will author the novel, published by KADOKAWA, with an expected release date of October 30, 2025. According to a post on the official Silent Hill Japan Twitter account (@silenthill_jp), fans are encouraged to “enjoy the world of ‘SILENT HILL f’ in yoru book.”
