Seattle Police seek Public’s Help identifying Suspects in June U District Stabbing
The Seattle Police Department (SPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a fatal stabbing that occurred in Seattle’s University District in June 2023. Detectives continue to investigate the incident adn believe the individuals pictured in surveillance footage may have data about the crime.
On June 23, 2023, officers responded to reports of a stabbing near the intersection of University Way NE and NE 45th Street. Upon arrival, they found a 26-year-old male with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to harborview Medical Center, where he later died. The SPD released surveillance images of two individuals they believe are persons of interest in the case. Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes these individuals, or who has information about the stabbing, to contact the Seattle Police Department.
