‘Real World’ Alum Kelley Back in Court Following Rehab Stay in Contentious Divorce with Scott Wolf
SALT LAKE CITY – Kelley Wolf, estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, appeared in court this week following a month-long stay in rehab, as thier contentious divorce proceedings continue. The hearing comes amid a series of escalating events, including allegations of harassment, involuntary holds, and a temporary eviction, stemming from the couple’s unraveling marriage.
the case has drawn public attention due to Kelley’s public struggles and accusations leveled against both parties. Wolf, known for his role on ”Party of Five,” filed for divorce from Kelley in June after nearly two decades of marriage and three children.Kelley has since faced misdemeanor charges for allegedly leaking Wolf’s personal phone number online and has been subject to two involuntary mental health holds in Utah.
During a Sept. 2 court appearance, Kelley stated she was entering rehab for post-traumatic stress disorder, telling the judge, “My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself.” She was ordered to abstain from alcohol and narcotics unless prescribed and to avoid contact with potential witnesses.
The situation escalated earlier this year when Kelley was detained by police during an Instagram live stream, and later placed on another involuntary hold.Wolf initially sought a restraining order in July, alleging his estranged wife was plotting to make “disturbing false” claims against him, but later requested it be dissolved.
prior to entering rehab on Sept. 1, Kelley was reportedly evicted from a rented Airbnb for allegedly overstaying her reservation. She was released from jail on Aug. 28 after a previous arrest. Kelley has publicly claimed she was “held against my will” while attempting to file for divorce.
