Samsung launches Micro RGB R95HAF TV in Mexico, says Xataka México
Samsung has launched its Micro RGB R95HAF television in Mexico, introducing a display technology designed to expand color reproduction across consumer screens, Xataka México reported. The model debuts with a starting price of 54,999 pesos, positioning itself within the high-end display market as display manufacturers lean into RGB systems for broader color coverage.
Micro RGB Architecture Improves Color Precision
The central differentiator of the R95HAF is its Micro RGB architecture, which utilizes micro-sized retroillumination units built to match real-world tones. These microscopic emitters operate alongside a local dimming system that manages RGB color output and brightness levels. The configuration aims to add visual depth to on-screen content.
Inside the chassis, the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro processor applies artificial intelligence to govern the color matrices generated by the micro-LEDs. Xataka México noted that this processing architecture enables the television to achieve 100 percent coverage of the BT.2020 color gamut, backed by an official certification from VDE.

Contrast, Anti-Glare, and Audio Specifications
The panel emits light directly without intermediate layers, a design choice intended to produce deeper black levels and enhanced contrast ratios. This direct-emission layout is engineered to preserve visual detail during fast-motion sequences and scenes with sharp lighting shifts.
To combat ambient light interference in bright living spaces, Samsung equipped the display with its patented Glare Free technology. The proprietary coating works to suppress environmental reflections while maintaining image clarity and dark-level performance.
On the audio front, the television incorporates a 4.2.2-channel sound system with a total output of 70 watts. The speaker array supports Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, 360 audio, Adaptive Sound Pro, Object Tracking Sound, and Q-Symphony integration.
