Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Now Available at record Low Price
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, Samsung’s flagship clamshell foldable smartphone, is currently available at its lowest price yet, offering a compelling entry point into the world of foldable technology. Released as an upgrade from previous generations, the Z Flip 7 boasts important improvements including a larger cover display and enhanced internal hardware.
The Z flip 7 features a 4.1-inch cover display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and increased brightness, nearly spanning the device’s edges. This expanded screen supports a wider range of functions and apps, with near-full app compatibility achievable through the Good Lock module. when unfolded, the device reveals a 6.9-inch Flex AMOLED screen, maintaining a slim profile at 13.7 mm folded and 6.5 mm unfolded. Durability is enhanced with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and an IP48 rating for dust and water resistance.
Internally, the Z Flip 7 is powered by the Exynos 2500 SoC paired with 12 GB of RAM, delivering “phenomenal performance” suitable for demanding tasks and AI processing. While not as powerful as the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC found in the Galaxy Z Fold 7, it provides ample power for everyday use. The camera system remains largely unchanged but benefits from new AI functionalities.
Samsung is promising seven years of major Android OS upgrades, ensuring long-term software support. Battery life has also been improved with a larger 4,300 mAh battery and a more efficient chipset, despite maintaining the same charging speed.
