The hardware manufacturer initially rolled out its Galaxy S25 smartphone family globally in January. This rollout was followed by the release of dedicated Enterprise Edition variants for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra in February.
Standard models face a cap of seven major operating system updates and seven years of security patches. Business-tier variants, however, receive an expanded lifecycle.
