Ritual and Fury Fest Mexico City Canceled
Mexico City – Zignia Live announced today the cancellation of Ritual and Fury fest Mexico City, originally scheduled for october 18, 2025, at the CDMX sand venue. The cancellation is due to technical production adjustments required for the implementation of a 360-degree stage setup.
Refund Details
Ticket holders will be eligible for refunds as follows:
* Web Purchases: No action is required. Zignia Live will initiate refunds via email.
* Purchases via Ticket Offices, Outlets, and Other Non-Web Methods: refund requests can be submitted starting September 26, 2025. Required documentation includes:
* Physical Tickets: Official identification (INE or passport) and a clear,complete image of the ticket(s).
* Digital/Non-Printed Tickets: Official identification (INE or passport), a screenshot of the QR code (for digital tickets), and a PDF copy of the purchase confirmation email.
Refund processing time is estimated at 4-7 business days. Reimbursable amounts are limited to the original ticket price, any associated safe ticket fee, and parking costs (if applicable), as outlined in the sales policies printed on the back of the tickets.
