Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee Face The Judgment Day on WWE Raw

Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan squared off in a number one contender’s match for Stephanie Vaquer’s Women’s World Championship during the October 5, 2026, episode of WWE Raw at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Title Contenders and Tag Team Bouts on the Road to Money in the Bank

The October 5, 2026, broadcast served as the final red brand show before WWE Money in the Bank on October 10. According to Wrestling Inc., the card featured a high-stakes women’s division matchup alongside tag team action involving The Judgment Day. Sol Ruca teamed up with Lola Vice to face Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez after a previous week’s singles encounter between Vice and Perez sparked a backstage blindside attack from Rodriguez, prompting Ruca to intervene.

In other tag team competition, Je’Von Evans and Penta secured a victory over Austin Theory and their opponents after Evans utilized a loaded punch while Maxxine Dupri distracted the referee. Penta contributed to the win with a Sling Blade on Theory, a one-handed bulldog, and an enzuigiri. Following that decision, Bronson Reed entered the ring to lay out both Evans and Penta. Oba Femi confronted Reed later in the broadcast, warning him that he would be sent into waters he cannot swim in during the upcoming Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Femi told Reed that while other men climb ladders, Reed has a mountain to climb. Femi claimed he showed that Brock Lesnar was human, a fact he previously doubted, and a clip played of Femi hitting a Fall From Grace on Lesnar during their SummerSlam Hell In A Cell match. Femi added that he would humble Reed.

Roman Reigns Addresses LA Knight Ahead of Money in the Bank

Roman Reigns made an appearance on the October 5 program to address LA Knight’s challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship ahead of their scheduled clash at Money in the Bank. Knight entered the arena as Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore greeted the audience. Reigns noted that the only single matter was facing Knight for the WWE Men’s World Championship. While The Usos expressed enthusiasm about teaming with Reigns, the camera panned to reveal Solo Sikoa standing in the ring. Sikoa stated he would handle things himself despite having made The Usos captains.

In cruiserweight action, AAA Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix met Ethan Page in a non-title match following a prior week’s backstage confrontation involving Fenix and Dragon Lee. Meanwhile, Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee faced JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio in a tag team match. Before the bout, Lee told Jackie Redmond that Big Cass and Dominik were like “big babies.” During the match, Rey and Lee gained momentum before a commercial break by using McDonagh’s frustration over Joe Hendry’s Funko Pop taunts.

Elsewhere on the roster, backstage segments outlined further personal disputes. Lyra Valkyria discussed her frustration with Bayley over missing out on a spot in the 2026 Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match before Bayley confronted her directly. Valkyria claimed she had beaten Bayley twice and destroyed their tag team. Bayley responded that it would be the end when she decided it was over between them. Liv Morgan issued a video promo labeling both Becky Lynch and Stephanie Vaquer as her two biggest haters as she looked toward reclaiming the championship. Morgan stated that “revenge is what she does best” and claimed Becky would learn how much better Morgan is.
