SLIGO, IRELAND ‍- A recent swell delivered colossal conditions to Ireland’s famed big wave spots, providing​ Red Bull‌ athletes Kai Lenny, ‌Nathan Florence, and a crew of elite surfers with unforgettable rides at Mullaghmore, Riley’s, and Aileen’s. The trip, a showcase of skill and ⁢bravery,​ has been captured in a new video released today.

The⁣ team, anchored by local knowledge from irish ​surfers Connor Maguire and Gearoid Mcdaid, included Nate Florence, Kai lenny, Natxo Gonzalez, and Leo Fioravanti. For Lenny and Fioravanti, it marked their first experience tackling Mullaghmore Head in peak form. Gonzalez kicked off the swell’s potential, scoring a standout wave before the full team assembled.

Based in Sligo, the surfers capitalized on a newly arrived pulse of swell, venturing south to​ the notoriously challenging Riley’s. The session yielded both spectacular barrel rides and heavy wipeouts, a‍ testament to the‍ wave’s power and ​the surfers’ commitment.
