Responsibilities:
âś“ Support approval process of CEO decisions (handling drafts for signature)
âś“ Adherence to the CEO’s decision protocol
âś“ Archiving of documents and electronic files of the CEO’s decisions
âś“ Handling internal and external correspondence of the CEO/Management Office
âś“ Adherence to the Director’s internal and external correspondence protocol
Consultant/Management Office
âś“ Archiving of internal and external correspondence of the CEO/Management Office
Conditions:
âś“ High school diploma
âś“ One (1) to four (4) years of experience in secretarial support and protocol
âś“ Ability to organize and adhere to schedules
âś“ Knowledge of handling Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
âś“ Good knowledge of the English language
