Preventive security campaign
Ford Argentina SCA summons to this preventive security campaign to the holders of Ford Mustang Mach-e vehicles model 2023 to 2024, whose chassis numbers are in the ranges indicated below:

In some of the vehicles involved, in case of an unexpected 12 V battery discharge below 8.4 V with the unit off, the electronic locks of the front doors retain their last block/unlock state. If the driver or the passenger leaves the front doors using the interior mechanical opening handles, the doors could remain blocked when closing them and causing the impossibility of immediately re -entered the vehicle or opening it internally.
Although no incidents of this type have been registered in the local market, Ford, in its commitment to the safety and quality of its products, is working on a solution and will be informing customers once they are available.
