A physical edition of the Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition will ship on June 26, Atari confirmed this week, offering a tangible collection for fans of the classic platformer. The announcement follows the surprise digital release of the compilation on February 13 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC, priced at $19.99.

The physical edition, available for £22.44 (approximately €26), expands upon the digital release by including a vinyl sticker sheet, original Rayman postcards, a reversible cover, and a double-sided poster, according to Atari.

Ubisoft initially unveiled the Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition during Sony’s State of Play broadcast earlier this month. The collection features five different versions of the original Rayman game, spanning various classic consoles, and includes 120 additional levels. A documentary detailing the original creation of Rayman is too included.

The release marks a significant return for the character, who hasn’t featured in a major console game since Rayman Legends in 2013. Ubisoft has described the new release as the “definitive edition” of the original Rayman, according to IGN.

Rayman creator Michel Ancel has previously hinted at further developments within the franchise, and even seemingly anticipated the announcement of the Rayman remake, according to reports. The 30th Anniversary Edition may pave the way for a potential all-new Rayman game, though no such project has been officially confirmed.

The digital release was developed in partnership with Digital Eclipse, known for their work on collections like Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection and Tetris Forever, according to Game Informer.
