Rafa Nadal Tennis Center to Launch First South American Location in Porto Belo, Brazil
The Rafa Nadal Academy (RNA) is expanding its global presence with a new tennis center in Porto Belo, Brazil – marking the brand’s first venture into South America. Scheduled to open by the end of 2028, the facility will be a key component of the All Resort Club Residence, a large-scale residential resort adn hotel development by the All Wert Group.
The Porto Belo center will boast 17 tennis courts: 9 outdoor and 8 indoor, including one central court.Court surfaces will include 6 clay and 11 hard courts. In addition to the tennis facilities, the complex will feature 8 paddle tennis courts, a cafeteria, a sports equipment store, and a dedicated gym for players and visitors.
The center will offer tennis programs for all ages and skill levels, utilizing the methodology developed by Rafa Nadal and his technical team over their extensive professional careers.
“We are very happy that the international expansion of the academy reaches South America. In Brazil there is a lot of passion for sport and I am convinced that the project will be a success,” said Rafa Nadal.

The new center arrives during a period of growth for tennis in Brazil, with an estimated 6% annual increase in participation, bolstered by the Brazilian Tennis Development Program and Santa Catarina state’s emergence as a leading region for tennis players.
The Rafa Nadal Tennis Center in Porto Belo joins a growing network of RNA facilities, including the original academy in Manacor (Mallorca), a second academy in Kuwait, five existing Rafa Nadal Tennis Centers in Costa Mujeres (Mexico), Sani (greece), Hong Kong, Marbella, and Punta cana (Dominican Republic), and the Rafa Nadal Tennis Program in Egypt. These centers are designed to combine leisure, tourism, and high-quality sports training within vacation resorts or upscale residential areas.
