POSITION Consulting to Launch POSITION IQ AI Platform for Fitness and Physio Owners
Automated Management for Fitness and Therapy
POSITION Consulting is set to launch POSITION IQ, an artificial intelligence platform built to automate operational tasks for fitness and physiotherapy business owners. The system, which targets growth, human resources, and finance, will debut in November 2026. Ahead of the release, the company is managing a nationwide network tour featuring live demonstrations in Leipzig, Cologne, and Mannheim. The platform aims to consolidate central entrepreneurial tasks into a single integrated solution.
Three Pillars of Operational Efficiency
The “IQ Growth” module handles marketing by adapting text, imagery, and messaging to a company’s corporate identity, then distributing content across social media, newsletters, and websites. This module automates the entire sequence from campaign selection to inquiry management, with operational applications ranging from member acquisition and filling vacant therapy slots to recruiting specialists. Finally, the “IQ Finance” module provides oversight of key performance indicators, with a specific focus on margin analysis and succession planning, helping owners secure annual targets and increase enterprise value.
From Pilot Testing to Public Rollout
The platform is already active at more than 15 pilot locations. POSITION Consulting is currently onboarding additional test clients on a weekly basis to refine the system before the broader external release. Managing director Yannik Hoenig stated that the platform reflects the operative experience gathered through the company’s internal business operations and consulting practice: POSITION IQ embodies precisely the operational experience that we gather daily in our own businesses and in consulting.
The firm is prioritizing quality standards over speed, ensuring the system performs reliably before a wider rollout.

POSITION Network Tour 2026 Debuts IQ Growth Module
The public debut occurs during the POSITION Network Tour 2026. Sessions are scheduled for November 19 in Leipzig, November 25 in Cologne, and November 26 in Mannheim. Each event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with check-in and networking beginning at 9:00 a.m., combining live demonstrations of the IQ Growth module with industry-specific workshops.
Fitness sector participants will focus on corporate fitness networks and social media operations. Physiotherapy sessions will address recruitment and productivity methods amidst rising industry costs. Access to the platform will follow a tiered “boarding class” system, with an early-access waiting list available for owners seeking priority implementation and personal support.

Managing Market Pressures
The network tour will also present the vision for “Health Business 2027,” providing attendees with direct exposure to the platform in real-world operation.
