As our PMO & Strategy Marketing lead, you will:
* Develop and implement Business Unit (BU) strategic plans, collaborating with central marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within strategic departments of our Decision-Making business Unit (DBU).
* Provide valuable insights for business forecasts and revenue management, contributing to market potential assessments and sales expense estimations.
* Partner with local taskforces to achieve key performance targets in hospital listings and othre critical priorities.
* Deliver timely market intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead the consolidation and readiness of yearly budgets, strategic and business plans, and oversee the planning and implementation of key programs.
What we’re looking for:
* A master’s Degree or higher,with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant product knowledge.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a background in strategic marketing or consulting.
* Proven marketing planning and project management skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
