PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will see seven games removed from the service on November 18, Sony announced today. The departures include a mix of popular titles and niche experiences, impacting players’ access to a diverse library of games.
The removal of titles from PlayStation Plus is a regular occurrence, rotating content to keep the service fresh and manage licensing agreements. While new games are added monthly, these departures mean players have a limited time to enjoy these titles before they must be purchased separately. This impacts subscribers who rely on the service for access to a wide range of games without individual purchases.
The games leaving PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on November 18 are:
- battlefield V
- Like a Dragon: Ishin
- Digimon Survive
- Synapse
- Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes
- Football Manager 2024 – Console
- Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz
Like a Dragon: Ishin, a remake of the Yakuza saga installment set in feudal Japan, originally released on PS3 and PS4 in February 2014. Eurogamer described the remake as “a solvent but concise remake, which is saved by the charisma of the proposal.”
This proclamation follows the recent addition of new titles to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, including Silent Hill 2 (Remake), V Rising, and Tekken 3. A full list of incoming titles can be found here.
