374water Inc.⁢ and ‍Crystal‍ Clean Join Forces to Combat PFAS⁤ Contamination

[CITY, STATE] – [DATE] – 374water Inc. today announced ⁤a notable cooperation agreement with Crystal Clean, focusing on waste destruction services (WDS) specifically designed for the removal of per- ⁢and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). This partnership positions both companies to capitalize on the growing demand⁣ for effective PFAS remediation solutions across municipal, federal, ⁣and industrial sectors.

The collaboration will see 374water ‍establish a ‍full-service WDS operation integrated within one of Crystal Clean’s existing‍ facilities. This⁢ operation will incorporate 374water’s proprietary Airscwo technology, alongside pre- and post-treatment systems and supporting equipment, creating a comprehensive⁣ solution for ⁣PFAS waste management.

Addressing a Critical Need for PFAS Waste Destruction

This agreement strategically enables 374water to actively pursue large federal contracts for the destruction of PFAS-laden waste⁣ streams, including Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF), granulated ‍activated carbon⁣ (GAC), and ion exchange resins (IEX).⁤ Beyond federal opportunities,⁤ the partnership will also target significant municipal and industrial orders for PFAS waste disposal, a market notably well-suited to the Airscwo-WDS‌ system.

Crystal Clean and 374water will jointly market the ‌Airscwo-WDS solution to their existing customer base, leveraging positive feedback and⁢ securing additional waste streams for destruction.‌ This collaborative approach is‌ expected to⁣ accelerate market penetration⁢ and drive revenue growth.

Expansion Plans and Mobile Solutions

374water anticipates ⁤building out WDS farms dedicated to PFAS disposal beginning in 2025.These initial facilities will utilize the Airscwo 6 system, projected to generate long-term recurring sales potential of $3 to $5 million. To accommodate increasing customer demand, the company is evaluating the potential installation of a second Airscwo 6 system as early as 2026.

Recognizing the need for‌ on-site solutions, 374water has already initiated the growth of a mobile Airscwo fleet.‌ This fleet will provide ⁢WDS ⁢services directly to customers who prefer to‍ manage construction and operational processes on their own premises. The company plans to rapidly expand its mobile Airscwo⁢ capabilities to meet specific customer requirements.
