investigators revealed that Womack utilized the name Shannon Armstrong to gain employment at the Sayre Health Care center. During her tenure, which lasted two days, she reportedly worked three shifts and was subsequently rated with poor performance. Further details indicate that Womack is accused of submitting documents with fraudulent signatures and establishing a fictitious Limited Liability Company (LLC) to facilitate her employment.
